The company has expanded to include appraisals of commercial real estate throughout the United States, and has incorporated the valuation of business enterprises nationally. Today, Shenehon Company is a leader in the valuation industry and is one of few full-service appraisal firms, handling both commercial real estate appraisals and business valuations.
