ShenehonKate is a senior appraiser in Shenehon Company’s real estate division. She has valued a variety of multi-family, medical, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties. Kate is one of the few appraisers who specializes in appraising luxury homes, including lake homes and estates. She has tracked transactions in the Twin Cities luxury home market over the last eight years. Kate’s prior work experience includes two years with a brokerage group, which actively trades businesses throughout the Midwest.
