Keeshawn B. Aleksuk

Keeshawn is a real estate valuation analyst at Shenehon Company.  He graduated from the University of Saint Thomas with a major in Business Administration – Real Estate Studies.  During his college years, Keeshawn interned with Shenehon Company which strengthened his knowledge of the appraisal sector within the real estate field.  As a valuation analyst, he studies the performance and sales of markets to provide clients insight on the fair market value of their property.  Keeshawn has worked on appraisals for retail, industrial, office, and apartment buildings, as well as vacant land.
