Shayne M. Monahan

Shayne is a real estate valuation analyst at Shenehon Company. As a valuation analyst, he studies the performance and sales of markets to provide insight to clients on the fair market value of their property. Through internships, Shayne learned about land developer and home builder relations, reviewed sales maps and development plans, participated in daily tasks with developers, completed audit of energy efficiency, and studied production and consumption of solar panel energy. Shayne is a graduate from the University of St. Thomas with bachelor’s degree in business real estate studies.
