Daniel L. Wojcik

Dan is a real estate valuation analyst for Shenehon Company. As a valuation analyst, he works on appraisals of office, medical office, apartment, commercial retail, and industrial buildings. These appraisals are prepared for marital dissolution, potential sale, and eminent domain. He prepares thoughtful and insightful analyses, and skillfully conveys to clients his opinion of market value. Prior to joining Shenehon, Dan worked for a real estate company, handling a variety of property management duties.
