Sam is a real estate analyst at Shenehon Company. As an analyst, he studies the performance and sales of markets to provide insight to clients on the fair market value of their property.  Sam graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in finance and real estate. His previous internship experience was with Washington County where he inspected over 500 properties, ensuring timely and efficient evaluations; utilized proprietary software to change and analyze property data online; collaborated with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in property appraisal.
